1-2-1 Swim Analysis

Service Description

Our 1-2-1 sessions including swim stroke analysis alongside video analysis of your stroke in the perfect environment to work on specifics. The pool is a 10m endless pool that we have access to. In the 40 minute session we will watch you swim and then video is where needed to demonstrate any issues or changes that need to be made to your stroke.
